Short answer Thong Lo Soi 10 runs east off Thong Lo Road. The nearest station is Thong Lo on the BTS Sukhumvit line, code E6, and you use exit 1. The walk from there to the soi is about 17 minutes.

Getting to the soi

From Suvarnabhumi, take the Airport Rail Link 7 stops to Phaya Thai. Change there and walk about 157 metres to the BTS platform. Then take the BTS Sukhumvit line 8 stops to Thong Lo. That is 15 stops and one change in total.

From Don Mueang, take the SRT Dark Red line 7 stops to Krung Thep Aphiwat. Walk about 255 metres to Bang Sue station and take the MRT Blue line 11 stops to Sukhumvit. Walk about 172 metres to Asok station and take the BTS Sukhumvit line 2 stops to Thong Lo. That is 20 stops and two changes in total.
